The stage is permanent, covered and positioned at the northern end facing across the hardcourt and football surfaces. Lockable storage beside or behind it holds removable sports equipment, fencing, nets, goals, chairs and event equipment.

Community market mode
The cleared multipurpose surfaces are arranged with temporary stalls on either side of a wide central pedestrian route. All stalls are temporary and fully removable.
